We believe that all children deserve the freedom to play & explore as they please.

About.

Welcome to Grow Wild, a collaborative Forest School practice created to nurture children’s natural curiosity in the great outdoors.

I’m Rachel and I set up Grow Wild in 2020 with the soul purpose to reconnect little ones and their families with nature; boosting confidence, creative freedom, emotional wellbeing and self esteem.

We support schools & nurseries with Forest School sessions, run outdoor Forest School programmes, workshops and projects and partner with other local Forest Schools to run sessions and holiday camps.

As a Forest School practitioner I hold a Level 3 Forest School qualification, enhanced DBS, First Aid qualification and I am fully insured.

We are excited to have recently started working for the Fine Collective CIC and proud to lead local charity Birmingham Settlement’s Heritage Lottery funded Forest School, ROOTS, located at their Red Shed site next to Edgbaston Reservoir.

We provide a holistic mix of Forest School play & learnings and growing & gardening projects.
